Lorcan d'Eath (b. 1964) was a part-vampire wizard singer that was widely fancied by witches. He spent nineteen weeks at number one with his song "Necks to You."[1]
Etymology[]
Lorcan means "fierce one" in Gaelic and is the name of a vampire in the Vampirates book series by Justin Stomer. The name d'Eath is an obvious reference to the word death.
Behind the scenes[]
- Lorcan shares his name with the son of Luna Lovegood.
- If Lorcan attended Hogwarts, he may have been in the same year as Gilderoy Lockhart and Glenda Chittock, during the Marauders' fifth year.
