Lime (genus Citrus aurantifolia), tree widely grown in tropical and subtropical areas, known for its edible acid fruits. It may be used as a wand wood but its other magical properties are unknown.
Newton Scamander's wand is made of lime. He likely purchased it at Ollivander's Wand Shop when he was about to start his education at Hogwarts when he was age 11. Unlike many other wands, his has multiple cores: shell and bone.
It may even be possible Mr Scamander crafted this wand himself, either creating it himself or endowing it with other magical properties and ingredients he'd learned about worldwide.
