The Legilimency Spell (Le-JIL-ih-mens (IPA: [lɛ.'dʒɪl.ɪ.ˌmɛnz])) allows the caster to delve into the mind of the victim, allowing the caster to see memories and emotions.

Seen/Mentioned

Used by Professor Snape on Harry during Occlumency lessons in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Also used non-verbally by Snape on Harry in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince to allow him to see where Harry had learnt the Sectumsempra spell.

Etymology
