Legal Guidelines for the Manufacture of Magical Apparatus was a book by Cerillus Charrus[1] about wizarding regulations concerning the creation of magical artefacts.[2]

It was published in or prior to 1932. At that time, Eulalie Hicks owned a copy of it.[1]
Albus Dumbledore owned a copy of this book. He kept it on a bookshelf in the Headmaster's office along with a collection of other books on magical law.[2]
