A Leaping Toadstool is a magical mushroom which has the ability to jump. Ernie Macmillan asked Harry Potter to hand him a bucket filled with these toadstools during a Herbology class in their second year.^[1] A Leaping Toadstool costs three Galleons at the Apothecary in Diagon Alley, and can be found in the Forbidden Forest.^[2]
