Latisha Randle was a Ravenclaw student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 1990sIn 1996, she took a pair of shoes that belonged to Luna Lovegood, with the intent of hiding them as a prank. Luna wanted to wear these shoes to Professor Slughorn's Christmas party as part of her outfit. Harry Potter had to give her an Oculus Potion in order to get her to return the shoes.
