Lancelot (fl. 1899) was a cousin of Muriel. He was a healer at St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries, and revealed that, despite stories claiming that Ariana Dumbledore was ill, he had never seen her at the hospital.[2]
Etymology
The meaning of the name "Lancelot" is unknown, possibly an Old French diminutive of Lanzo. In Arthurian legend Lancelot was the bravest of the knights of the Round Table. He became the lover of Arthur's wife Guinevere.
