Lego Creator: Harry Potter is an open-ended creation game. One explores four different “worlds”: Diagon Alley, King's Cross Station, Hogwarts grounds, and the inside of Hogwarts. There are also many mini-worlds, such as Hagrid's Hut, the Gryffindor Common Room, and the Third Floor Corridor. In each of these worlds one is able to use Lego models and minifigures to customise the worlds however is wished. These models are all based upon the Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone Lego sets. There is also a feature which allows for custom made minifigures and sets. In addition to building, one can control characters, cast spells, and change the weather. There are also multiple challenges available. Upon completion of each challenge, the game will sometimes show a cutscene, and unlock a new spell to use. There is a narrator character to guide and aid the player throughout the game.
