The Knitting Club was an organization devoted to the art of needlework. They published a magazine, Knitter's Own, which covered knitting patterns and tips. The owners of the home Horace Slughorn stayed at in the summer of 1996 may have been members of this club, as they owned a copy of their periodical.[1]
