The Kinsfolk or family of a Maiden are minor protagonists of the children's tale, The Warlock's Hairy Heart in The Tales of Beedle the Bard.[1]

The Maiden met the Warlock while visiting her family.[1] Though she regarded him with a kind of grotesque fascination, her family deemed them a suitable match and accepted the Warlock's invitation to a great feast in the maiden's honour.[1]
