- ↑ In some of the official translations of the Harry Potter books, such as the Norwegian edition, the title of "Keeper of the Keys" is translated as "Gatekeeper", meaning that the two are synonymous from an in-universe perspective, even if the latter would not be applicable as an alternative name on the official title of Hagrid's position because of this wiki's focus on the books as written in the original language.
