Kathryn Hunter (born 1956) is an award-winning English actress and theatre director, who has portrayed Arabella Figg in the 2007 film adaptation of the J. K. Rowling novel by the same name, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Kathryn Hunter was born born Aikaterini Hadjipateras in 1956 to Greek parents in New York, but spent her childhood living in the UK.
