Julianne Hough (born 20 July 1988 in Salt Lake City, Utah) is an American actress who portrayed a Gryffindor student in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.[1]
She is one of the few American actors who have appeared in the Harry Potter films. Her brother, Derek Hough, also appeared in Philosopher's Stone.
Hough is also a country music singer and professional dancer. She was a pro dancer on Dancing with the Stars, on which she has won two times. She dated Ryan Seacrest until mid-March 2013.
