Julia Dehoff was a current affairs correspondent for an unidentified German-language wizarding newspaper in the 1920s.[1]

She wrote an article about the German Minister for Magic calling for a crisis meeting (presumably to address the threat of Gellert Grindelwald) that was published in a 1926 issue of the newspaper.[1]
