John Noe is the Creative Director of The Leaky Cauldron website. He is the main producer and one of the hosts of the PotterCast. Noe joined the Harry Potter online fandom in 2003. He is currently a student at the Miami International University of Art and Design, studying Visual/Special Effects and Motion Graphics. The character John Dawlish was named in honour of John Noe.
