A Jinx Block, also known as a Flipendo Block, is a box which can be hit by the Knockback Jinx, Flipendo. It is used to practice Charms, along with cushions. It is usually in first and second year, and if one moves it House points will be given. A tall Jinx Block can only be moved casting a charged Flipendo Jinx.^[1]

Big and small blocks both are marked with a star in the sides where the Flipendo Jinx can be used on.
