Jatin Agarkar was a Ravenclaw student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 1990s. He was seen walking around the school during the 1993-1994 school year.
Etymology
"Jatin" is a name for Shiva, and means "He who has matted locks". Agarkar is an Indain surname most commonly found in the Maharashtra state.
