Irving Cram was a Slytherin student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 1990s. He stood guard over places that were off limits during the 1996-1997 school year.

The name "Irving" is from a Scottish surname which was in turn derived from a Scottish place name.
