This spell was used by the girl who played Asha or Amata during the Hogwarts Pantomime reanactment of The Fountain of Fair Fortune,on Professor Herbert Beery by accident, which caused his head to grow disproportanate to the rest of his body. This also may have been the spell Sirius Black and James Potter used on a student, earning them a detention. Due to the description, this hex may be hard to undue, as the full effects did not wear off from Professor Beery's head for several months.
