Iain Claverdon was a Gryffindor student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 1990s.

He owned two sets of Quidditch robes, one of which he agreed to give to Harry Potter before the final match between Gryffindor and Ravenclaw in 1997, in exchange for five Ever-Bashing Boomerangs. Harry gave the robes to Dean Thomas in order to replace the ones he dirtied in a duel with some Slytherins.
