This boy was a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry during the 1990s. He and a boy from Hufflepuff blamed Harry Potter for being chosen as champion in the Triwizard Tournament in the 1996–1997 school year.
He noted that Harry was not yet even seventeen, which had been designated as the minimum allowed age for any student who wished to enter the tournament.
