Draco Malfoy brewed some when Horace Slughorn asked his sixth year Potions students to make something "amusing," but Slughorn was unimpressed with Draco's work, declaring it only "passable."[1]
The Hogwarts Apothecary Department carried Hiccoughing Solution.
