Hebe Beardsall is the actress who portrays Ariana Dumbledore in the films Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 and Part 2.[3][4]
Career
Prior to being cast in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, Hebe was known for being featured in her father's articles in The Daily Telegraph. In 2009, she coaxed her mother to see if casting agents were looking for a fair-haired teenager. They found out that they were looking for a girl to play Ariana Dumbledore. Six weeks later she landed the role. On 7 July, 2011, she attended the première with her father, rubbing shoulders with Alan Rickman, Jim Broadbent, Evanna Lynch, David Thewlis, Graham Norton and Jonathan Ross. She almost fainted upon meeting X-Men: First Class actor Nicholas Hoult.[5]
Since her appearance in Harry Potter, Hebe has begun a career on the Durham Student Theatre circuit. She played Miss Wade in State of Fugue and Ann Darrow in Scream Queens Anonymous, receiving critical praise.[6][7]
In 2013, she will appear in the film Still Life with Bronson Webb.
