Hanna Lützen is a Danish translator and author. She translated all seven books and The Tales of Beedle the Bard into Danish. Her first book was "Ødipus - Konge, syndebuk, hero: En tragedielæsning" (i.e. "Oedipus - King, scapegoat, hero: A tragedy reading") from 1994. In 1998, she received the IBBY prize for excellent translations. Her thesis is horror and fantasy.
