A hamburger is a hot sandwich consisting of a patty of cooked ground beef, or a meat substitute, in a sliced bun, sometimes also containing salad vegetables, condiments, or both. In 1991, Hagrid treated Harry Potter to a hamburger at a hamburger restaurant at Paddington Station while they were waiting for Harry's train.
