Guthrie Lochrin (fl. 1107) was a Scottish wizard who lived during the 1100s. After making a broomstick flight from Montrose to Arbroath in 1107, he wrote about the discomfort of travelling on period broomsticks, describing his "splinter-filled buttocks and bulging piles". [1]
