Grugwyn Rufford was a wizard who was a member of the National Welsh Gobstones Team. Rufford complained to the Daily Prophet because they did not cover the Welsh victory over Hungary. On 31 July, 1998 the editor replied to him via an editorial saying that people found that Gobstones were "deeply boring".
It is possible that this name 'Grugwyn' comes from Welsh grug gwyn "white heather".
