These paperwork forms were rolls of paper which were stored at Gringotts Wizarding Bank by goblins who used them to keep track of all happenings about the wizarding currency all over London.
Behind the scenes

- In the PS1 version of the video game adaption of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Harry Potter had to collect these paperwork forms for the Goblins in order to get access to Vault 1 (Knut collection), Vault 2 (Sickle collection) and Vault 3 (Galleon collection) to collect the wizarding money.[1]
