There have been two known break-ins of Gringotts Wizarding Bank:
- The break-in of 1991 was committed by Quirinus Quirrell, who was attempting to steal the Philosopher's Stone from Vault 713.
- The break-in of 1998 was committed by Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ron Weasley, who stole Helga Hufflepuff's Cup from the Lestrange Vault.
