Greg Hildebrandt (born 23 January, 1939 in Detroit[1]) is an American artist. Hildebrandt is most known for his work with his twin brother Tim Hildebrandt on the original Star Wars Poster, as well as the 1976, 1977 and 1978 JRR Tolkien Lord of the Rings calendars.[2] Greg Hildebrandt has worked in the fantasy, science fiction and art industry for over 50 years.[2] Hildebrandt has also worked on the Harry Potter Trading Card Game, whilst employed at Wizards of the Coast, as an illustrator for numerous cards.
