This giant was the father of Grawp, stepfather of Rubeus Hagrid and husband of Fridwulfa. He was most likely a giant too, as Grawp was a full giant, though quite small compared to others of his species. His height is unknown, but according to Hermione, most giants are around 20 feet tall (6 meters). Grawp's height ("only" 16 feet tall) may indicate that his father was shorter than average, or Grawp could simply be shorter than his father.
