Goulash is a soup, popularily consumed in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, usually made of beef, onions, vegetables, spices and ground paprika powder.[1] Harry Potter had a plate of goulash during the feast before the Yule Ball, in 1994.[2]
