A Goblin Plinth is a type of structure that exists in the caverns underneath Gringotts Wizarding Bank that contain the vaults. As their name suggests, they are only capable of being manipulated by goblins. They contain a number of small cogs which, when arranged properly, activate a mechanism nearby.
