Glinda Crook was a witch who worked for the Campaign for Greater Freedom for Wizards. She spoke on behalf of the organisation in the Daily Prophet, stating its opposition to new Ministry of Magic regulations, which were intended to limit magical activity on Hallowe'en.[1]

  • The last name Crook originates from the byname "Krókr" which means "crook; bend" in Old Norse.
