Gillywater is a wizarding beverage that is presumably made from Gillyweed. Minerva McGonagall once ordered a glass at the The Three Broomsticks[1] and Romilda Vane once tried to convince Harry Potter to drink some that she had spiked with Love Potion[2]. It it unknown whether the drink is alcoholic or not.
