Mrs Bingley was an American No-Maj woman and the wife of Bingley. In December 1926, Newt Scamander had Frank the Thunderbird disperse Swooping Evil venom over New York by creating a rainstorm, in order to wipe the memories of a recent magical catastrophe from the city's No-Maj population. Mrs Bingley was brushing her teeth in the bathroom while her husband showered when this happened. Her expression was described as becoming "vacant" and "carefree" as she lost the memories.[1]
