Freezing Charm

Effect:	Disables muggle's burglar alarm

There is no incantation given for the Freezing Charm, and no direct effect either. According to Horace Slughorn, a Freezing Charm will disable a Muggle burglar alarm. It can be speculated that a Freezing Charm stops things from moving, or disables devices. It strikes resemblances to the Flame-Freezing Charm, which negates the effects of fire, and Peskipiksi Pesternomi (if real), that freezes Pixies. Hermione Granger used the Freezing Charm imobilous, on pixies after Gilderoy Lockhart set them loose.
