Frank was a [[Muggle]], who lived in the village of [[Little Hangleton]]. He served as the Gardener for the Riddle's. After their death, the entire village accused him, and at one time he was arrested. The people still believed he was a murderer even though the police let him go. Because of incidents like these, Frank never bothered even having a telephone installed in his small cottage, as there wouldnt be anyone whome he would call(everyone he knew were either hated him, or dead, and he never trusted the Police again). He died during the summer of 1994, the same death, by the same person, by the same way. it is unknown wether the people started to believ him after his death, though they would most likely think he commited suicide. Frank never married, or had children.
