Frances de la Tour was born July 30, 1944 in Bovingdon, Hertfordshire, England. She's done a number of stage presentations, including works with the Royals Shakespeare Company. She portrays Olympe Maxime in the film version of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and in the upcoming film version of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
