No. Seeing as how there was an actor and actress cast as such (though never named apart from Wanted posters, and without any lines), it's likely that those two are the Carrows, Alecto and Amycus. It's possible that one of them might be Thorfinn Rowle and the other Carrow could be off screen, too, as Rod Hunt (cast as Thorfinn Rowle) was present for the Astronomy Tower scene.68.9.43.167 04:34, 16 July 2009 (UTC)
