The principals of hogwarts all go into a potrait of themselves when they die. Dumbledore's portrait is shown at the end of the sixth movie and book. Harry Ron and Hermione could have asked him for help at any time looking for the horcruxes but they chose not to. Why? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 202.45.119.24 (talkcontribs).

What sort of help do you think could he have given, precisely? At the point in the story where they could have hypothetically visited the Headmaster's office, all they need to know is where Ravenclaw's diadem is, and Dumbledore doesn't know any more about that than they do. -- 1337star (Drop me a line!) 02:21, August 22, 2012 (UTC)
