What about Golden Snitch Dumbledore left for Harry? Is there any specific message or intention to leave a Snitch? All other things (the Deluminator, The Tales of Beedle the Bard, and Gyffindor's Sword) were useful in their Journey but what is the purpose of the Snitch?
It would also make sense for the Resurrection Stone to be hidden inside of a Snitch since Harry Potter was the Gryffindor Seeker and perhaps Dumbledore wanted to leave Harry the stone but had to hide it inside something that wouldn't cause a lot of questions.Still Learning 12:22, 14 August 2009 (UTC)
That wasn't the first time Harry saw his parents. He saw them for the first time in the Mirror of Erisad and then he saw them again towards the end of The Goblet of Fire during the duel between Harry and Voldemort.Still Learning 18:36, 14 August 2009 (UTC)
He used it to help prepare for facing his death at Voldemort's hands Leopardstarismyleader 19:44, 14 August 2009 (UTC)
maybe Dumbledore wanted harry to havve the stone because he felt that the resurrection stone will bring back the dead that Harry knew who were mostly killed by Voldemort and his followers to help Harry out like they did in Goblet of Fire.
Or he may have felt that harry will have a chance to hold all the hallows. remember he gave hermione the book for them to know about the 3 hallows. He might have preferred Harry to open his tomb rather than Voldemort. though harry did not even proceed knowing Voldemort was on his way to get the wand out of respect for Dumbledore. --Morsmordree 10:36, 25 August 2009 (UTC)
