Hey, everybody. I've recently been reading a couple of Sherlock Holmes novels and The Lord of the Rings, and I noticed that Arthur Conan Doyle and J.R.R. Tolkien, who were both well-known and respected British authors, both used single quotes (') for a speaker's own dialogue and double quotes (") when a speaker is quoting another speaker. Considering we're so British about everything else here (e.g. spelling, phrases, book titles, etc.), should we change the double quote marks to single marks in the quote and dialogue templates? It wouldn't be hard, but considering how many templates we have, it would be a lot of work. --Cubs Fan (Talk to me) 01:41, September 8, 2013 (UTC)
