Just wondering: Is there any information on in which time the Pottermore informations are set? Would it be a stretch to assume that it is a 2017 point of view? I seem to remember a mention of Harry's children.--Rodolphus (talk) 17:24, January 19, 2014 (UTC)

There is a new entry on Pottermore.
It states that nearly 150 years have passsed since 1871. 1871 + 150 = 2021. To me, it at least seems to support that it is a point of view of the late 2010s, probably 2017.--Rodolphus (talk) 18:26, February 21, 2014 (UTC)
- I don't know if this necessarily counts, but the Insider talks about Rowling writing a new piece about the "upcoming" 2014 World Cup, which in my opinion sounds as though it is written in this present day. --Hunnie Bunn (talk) 19:57, March 15, 2014 (UTC)
Agreed. Information from the Insider has been taken as canon before: Bill returning to Egypt, Trelawney´s birthdate. So that should be the proof.--Rodolphus (talk) 20:08, March 15, 2014 (UTC)
