OK. As you may have noticed we've updated the header a bit to spice up the Wiki a bit. We have a logo overlayed on it, but it doesn't really flow with it. So we're asking for submissions to replace the current HPW Logo. It can be anything (that fits within the rules below) but hopefully something'll go nicely with the background.
So rules:
- Must say "Harry Potter Wiki" on it in big enough text to be easily readable (bigger than the current one most likely)
- Must have a transparent background to allow the background image to be seen
- If you can only save with a white background, etc. then that's OK we can always make it transparent afterwards -- my point is that the background must be viewable
- Save in a png format
- Users can post as many submissions as they like (just don't go overboard)
- Use your common sense when creating the image -- obviously nothing "bad" can go on it (if you have to ask the answer is most likely "no")
So that's about it. Let's see what you all got. Personally I was envisioning Harry, Hermione and Ron flying on broomsticks out with "Harry Potter Wiki" next to it. But lets see what everyone comes up with. And feel free to discuss ideas, ask for feedback, etc. You may post submissions to this page. -- DarkJedi613 (Talk) 23:03, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
