::Added note: before I do this (if you you were wanting me to do it), I'd rather take a look at the problem to see if it can be fixed at the source. I'm on a mobile device at the moment, so I can't do it now, but I'll have access to a computer soon. [[User:Dzylon|Dzylon]] [[User_talk:Dzylon|(Talk)]] 18:25/October 24, 2012

:::Ah, a bot. Good idea. Completely forgot you could do that. Yes, I would like you to do it if the problem can't be fixed at the source, but yes, by all means, if you could investigate it and fix it at the source if possible, that would be much appreciated. Forums: Index > The Wizengamot > Name field in infoboxes

Okay, something has to give on this. It seems that whenever someone makes an edit to the character infoboxes using the visual editor, the name field is deleted. I don't know why this happens. We tried to kill the problem by killing the visual editor, but Wikia stubbornly refuses to do it, even though other wikis have been allowed to disable this annoying feature. I'm going to try examining the coding and see if I can find some other way to defeat this problem because it's annoying to have to fix it each time the field gets deleted when someone who isn't aware of the problem makes an edit, and I get the feeling some may be slipping through. There must be some way to fix this. I think I might also post it at Community Central and see if anyone has any tips... ProfessorTofty (talk) 03:50, October 23, 2012 (UTC)

Apparently this is going to mean going into every page where this could be an issue and adding the code __NOWYSIWYG__. This could be a massive project. Would anyone like to help? ProfessorTofty (talk) 18:09, October 24, 2012 (UTC)
Hi, i noticed your message on Community Central. I operate a bot (link), and it would be much simpler (and faster) if the magic word was added in that way. Just let me know if you'd like me to do that. Dzylon (Talk) 18:21/October 24, 2012
