Any one interested in doing a planned, organized image cleanup drive. We need to do this as a project, collaboratively.
How about starting with an Image Upload Policy.
And does anyone run a bot for mass replacing images, and other such things.

- I do think we need an image policy, and I run a bot that can do various things including replacing images. Grunny (Talk) 05:57, February 17, 2010 (UTC)
- Yes I had noticed that, there are two bots accepted here, in HPWiki. But, I coudnt findout what they do.
All I could find out was, one bot cleansup the sandbox, and does more things.
Regarding the Image policies, I think Wookiepedia is our guide. We can study its policies, and adopt them accordingly, by modifying to our needs.
Wookiepedians have done a very good job of cleaning up. If find, that every thing is properly categorised, Images are in the right formats, Lisencing info is clean.
And not just the image policies, the categories also need to be cleaned up. And lot of templates are a mess.
The only thing I find, done decently is the infoboxes. They atlest have a certain standard. But can be improved.
Girls and Guys, we need clear guidelines and policies. How everything needs to be done. Or else, we will have lots of problems in the future.
Allready there are 7000 articles here, and more are coming in. -Sithjedi 06:08, February 17, 2010 (UTC)
