I'd like to propose the following addendum to the Image policy regarding Video uploads: - Nick O'Demus 09:12, August 25, 2010 (UTC)

1. Video uploads are for use in articles only.
2. Videos allowed to be used in articles include publicly released material such as trailers or promotion reels.
3. Videos not allowed include partial or full scenes from released films, fan-made videos, and videos not relevant to the Harry Potter series.
4. Users may post links to videos on sites such as YouTube on their userpages.

This is good, I'm not sure it is needed, as many of the people we'd get for this will be cited for too many user page edits anyway, but whatever. --JKoch^{(Owl Me!)} 12:31, August 25, 2010 (UTC)
