Yes.This is a very good question, because most people seem to have a confusion about this. However,in the 2nd,5th and 7th book it is clearly stated that squibs CAN have magical children. They might just be considered as muggle born because squibs are usually just like muggle, except for the awareness about the magical world.Ironically, squibs are opposite of muggle borns,so,if the squibs have magical children, then, they will almost be opposite.--Beautiful altar 06:08, October 11, 2009 (UTC)

Good question. If Muggles can have magical children, then it stands to reason that Squibs can as well, as long as the other parent is a witch/wizard, or a Muggle who is carrying the magic gene recessively. One possible example of a magical child born to a Squib parent could be Mafalda, who is the daughter of a Muggle mother and a male second cousin of Molly Weasley who worked as an accountant, suggesting he was a Squib.[1] JKR has also stated that "Muggleborns will have a witch or wizard somewhere on their family tree, in some cases many, many generations back" and that the magic gene "re-surfaces in some unexpected places," implying that Muggle-borns may be distant descendants of Squibs who married Muggles and integrated into Muggle society. yeah....so basically this is all just about when the magic resurfaces but as i said.....by sum Pure Blood CRazy People they might just be considered muggleborns...--Beautiful altar 16:40, October 19, 2009 (UTC)
