Beautiful altar is right, but the only known change of teachers past 1997 was Neville Longbottom, who replaced Pomona Sprout. If Professor Sprout has been replaced, it is most likely that Filius Flitwick also needed replacement, and there needed to come a new Transfiguration teacher after Minerva McGonagall became Headmaster.
